God is Energy

Editions:Paperback - First Edition: R130

This thesis is a search for the connection between natural and supernatural realities. It seeks the connection linking the physical and the metaphysical worlds.

It approaches the hunt on three fronts:

The teachings of the Emmanuel, Jesus Christ, and the infallible Biblical script.
The field of Mathematics – always reliable and correct.
Scientific laws and exploration and experimentation – ever open to new discoveries and change.

This theory, that God is Energy, is presented as an exploration in a spirit of wonder and an overwhelming appreciation and intense gratitude for God’s love, protection, provision and salvation offered to mankind.

Dear Barbara

Having just finished going through your thesis I wanted to congratulate you once again. Did you know that my first memories are from our home at 150 Kloof Street? And de Waal Park with its pines and squirrels are among those memories. Your book develops your theory logically and systematically, revealing at the same time your own faith on several aspects of life, but most of all your profound love for God who is Father, Son and Holy Spirit. To try to make sense of a mystery beyond knowing has been a brave step, but you have done so with a clarity and commitment that I very much admire. Your bibliography and quotations are very impressive, no doubt the product of a lifetime of reading and storing that carefully. The mystery of the incarnation has always intrigued me and your enunciation of how this might relate to the Einstein formula is fascinating. One of the people I have been following for a year or two is Franciscan, Richard Rohr. He often makes the point that spirit and matter are one, though as far as I’m aware he’s never tried to postulate the points you make so powerfully. I’m just back from a four hour walk through the woodland and meadows of South London, part of the London Loop. I spent some time pondering your words as I walked and savoured the work of the creator, looking at all that stored photosynthesised energy, rejoicing again in the provision made for us. Now I can enjoy a pasta lunch! Warmest regards to both you and Fred. Thank you again for sending the copy to me and for introducing me to some new dimensions of thinking that will continue.

Blessings always.

Paul
